Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to many locations internationally, including North America, Australia, New Zealand, the UK and many countries throughout Europe.
For orders shipped outside Canada, the US and the UK, we need to include information outside the package about the content for customs so please keep this in mind when ordering.
Your order may also be subject to duties and taxes and you may be required to pay these fees upon or prior to receiving your order. urBasics is not responsible for any duties and taxes that are levied.
Is your packaging discreet?
Yes! Your privacy is our top priority. We ship in simple, discreet boxes and mail bags, and our return address reads as the nearest returns processing centre for Stallion Express and their affiliates in your area. Our store name and logo do not appear on the outside of the packaging.
What’s your refund policy?
Due to the health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns for unopened and unused products. If you have an unopened or unused product you wish to return, you will need to mail it back to us and then we can refund you in the form of store credit.
If your products arrives damaged or defective, or there is an error with the order you received, please notify us immediately so that we can resolve the problem.
