Refund policy

Due to the health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns for unopened and unused products. If you have an unopened or unused product you wish to return, you will need to mail it back to us and then we can refund you in the form of store credit.

If your products arrives damaged or defective, or there is an error with the order you received, please notify us immediately so that we can resolve the problem.

Please make sure to thoroughly read the product descriptions and consult the size guide before placing an order.
