Shipping policy

We ship in simple, discreet boxes and mail bags. Our store name and logo do not appear on the outside of the packaging.

For orders shipped outside Canada, we must include information on the outside of the package about the content for customs, but we use discreet wording such as "personal health and wellness products".

Your order may also be subject to duties and taxes and you may be required to pay these fees upon or prior to receiving your order. urBasics is not responsible for any duties and taxes that are levied.
