Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 CAD within Canada and USA

We ship in simple, discreet boxes and mail bags, and our return sticker reads "UB: 163 Sterling Rd, Unit 21A, Toronto, ON M6R 2B2". Our store name and logo do not appear on the outside of the packaging.

For orders shipped outside Canada and the US, keep in mind that we sometimes must include information on the outside of the package about the contents for customs and sometimes discreet wording might not be possible.

Your order may also be subject to duties and taxes and you may be required to pay these fees upon or prior to receiving your order. urBasics is not responsible for any duties and taxes that are levied.

We ship within Canada via Canada Post and ICS Courier and to the USA via USPS.

Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on our products. If your products arrives damaged or defective, or there is an error with your order or a problem with delivery, please notify us immediately so that we can correct the problem.
