Shipping & Returns

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $250 CAD within Canada.

We ship in simple, discreet boxes and mail bags. Our store name and logo do not appear on the outside of the packages.

For orders shipped outside of North America and the UK, we must include information on the outside of the package about the contents in order for customs to clear them.

Your order may also be subject to duties and taxes and you may be required to pay these fees upon or prior to receiving your order. urBasics is not responsible for any duties and taxes that are levied.

We ship within Canada via Canada Post, Intelcom, WhizDelivery and ICS Courier, and to the USA via USPS.


Returns

Due to the health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns for unopened and unused products. If you have an unopened or unused product you wish to return, you just need to mail it back to us and we can refund you in the form of store credit.

If your products arrives damaged or defective, or there is an error with the order you received, please notify us immediately so that we can resolve the problem.
